Be it a coffee in the morning before everyone wakes up, or a few quiet moments after everyone has finally fallen asleep, finding even a minute or two for yourself each day is beneficial to our well being. How can we take care of those we love if we constantly run ourselves down?

The answer is we can not. The stress in the world can be overwhelming, even more reason why we need to find even a few minutes a day to allow ourselves to find relief from the worry and stress of the world.

Realizing the importance of and find ways to care for ourselves is necessary. And going beyond, to understand everyone around us needs it as well. from our coworkers, partners, children to our parents. So many of us spend our lives doing for others, but when you are running emotionally and physically on empty, are you able to give your best?

You need to refill your tank. And while a spa day, if you can afford the money or time is glorious, let’s focus on the little things you can do with small amounts of time. Shifting your perspective and looking at self care not with big, bold and fleeting gestures, but with small constant changes to your daily or weekly routine.

Small doses of self care will allow you to start today, but will also give you motivation to move forward and take better care of yourself. There are no products here, just a community of people overcoming their daily struggles in life and sharing what they have learned with the hope it might help someone.
